Kathy C. Licht is a registered nurse licensed in PA. with a Bachelor of Nursing Science degree from Edinboro University, PA. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Park University, MO and a Master of Public Administration in Healthcare Management from Golden Gate University, CA. Kathy has worked as an Executive Director and an Income Development Specialist for the American Cancer Society throughout Crawford, Venango, Forest, and Erie Counties for the past ten years. She is a veteran of the United States Air Force with a distinguished service record of nine years.  She served on the Titusville Planning Commission and the Titusville Area School  Board of Directors. Kathy is currently a 10th grade Religious Education Teacher at St. Titus Catholic Church and an active memebr of St Titus parish. She is a member of the Titusville Women's Club and was a past president of the organization. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is the loving wife of Larry 23 yrs, and mother of Nathaniel 13yrs. Kathy (Meehan) Licht was born in Chicago, Il. and is one of eight siblings. 

 Kathy has extensive experience preparing, presenting, and implementing budgets for the Department of Defense's Five Year Defense Plan while in the Air Force  as well as for the American Cancer Society and other non-profit organizations.  She has award winning written and verbal communication skills exemplified through successful grant writing, community needs assessment, educational presentations , and training development for community volunteers. She's negotiated  and navigated the healthcare system for community residents.  Kathy is an energetic organizer, and team builder that works proactively with community leaders and volunteers to face  emerging trends and bring out the best talents and attributes of each to help advance the welfare of the community as a whole.
